Messe d’ouverture de l’année Scolaire à SCLABA Santa.

Ce 05 octobre 2024, journée internationale des enseignants fut aussi une journée spéciale pour Saint Claret Relief Acade, Santa. C’était établissement à eu la messe d’ouverture qui inaugurait l’année scolaire 2024/2025. Plus de 500 élèves, 50 enseignants et plusieurs parents d’élèves ont participé à cette cérémonie.

Le célébrant, le révérend père Frédéric Kpoumié, cmf, préfet d’apostolat des Missionnaires Clarétains au Cameroun a remercié les élèves, les enseignants ainsi que les parents qui font tout, malgré la situation sociopolitique qui sévit dans la région pour garantir un avenir meilleur à la jeunesse Camerounaise.

Le principal de l’établissement a réitéré sa gratitude à l’endroit du conseil de la Délégation sans oublier les enseignants et les parents qui veillent à la continuité de cette école. Le père Joseph Viseme, cmf a également encouragé ses élèves à étudier avec assiduité pour une année scolaire couronnée de succès.

La cérémonie s’est achevée par la Bénédiction des élèves et leurs enseignants. C’était aussi une occasion de fêter la journée des enseignants avec ceux qui sont venus nombreux pour représenter le corps professoral de l’établissement.

October 5, 2024, was a day of extraordinary significance for Saint Claret Relief Academy Santa. Not only was it the International Day for Teachers, but it was also the Eucharistic Celebration, marking the grand opening of the 2024/2025 academic year. This unique combination of events drew over 500 students, over 50 teachers, and numerous parents who gathered to express their gratitude for God’s blessings. The students, in particular, were the heart of this event, their vibrant and colourful liturgy adding a special touch to the celebration.

Father Frederic Kpoumie, cmf, prefect of Apostolate, who presided over the Mass, not only thanked the parents, staff, and students for their love and support for the institution but also inspired them with his words. He encouraged them to pray and offer their studies for God’s protection, instilling a sense of purpose and dedication in their hearts.

In the Homily, Father Melvin Neba, cmf, beaconed all to hold fast to prayers and always implore God’s blessings in their studies, trusting that everything is possible with God and no project is above Him. The homilist also encouraged the students to root their studies in Christ in Christ to record success at the end of the academic year.

Father Joseph Viseme, cmf, the school’s principal, took a moment to appreciate the council members’ presence and to thank all the teachers for their dedicated service. He then turned to the students, urging them to approach their studies with seriousness and dedication. He concluded with a heartfelt prayer for a smooth and successful academic year.

The presence of the Claretians in Saint Claret Academy is a powerful testament to their unwavering commitment to the community. The claretians, who have always risen above challenges to serve those in need, are a constant source of inspiration in Santa. Their presence in this zone is not just a reminder of the enduring spirit of service and encouragement, but also a reassurance of the school’s strong mission and values.
